What we sell

The 33 Rules video series, the eBook and the bundles are digital products. Nothing is posted to you. The paperback is sold separately by Amazon, and Amazon’s own returns terms apply to it.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK, you normally have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel an order and get a refund. For digital content, when you buy from us you will be asked to confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand you lose your right to cancel once access begins, that is, once you start to watch or download. If you give that confirmation, we cannot offer a refund for a change of mind after you have started to watch or download.

If something goes wrong

If a video will not play, a file is faulty, or your access does not work, please contact us and we will fix the problem or refund you. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

Gifts

A gift code that has not been redeemed can be cancelled and refunded to the buyer within 14 days of purchase. Once a gift has been redeemed and access has begun, the same rules as above apply.

Use the contact page and include your order number. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
